Damaged or Defective Items:
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. In the rare event that your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, print misalignment, or severe transit damage, please contact us at contact@chemistryhood.com within 7 days of delivery with high-clarity photos. We will arrange a brand new replacement to be shipped to you completely free of charge.
